本研討會計畫透過邀請專家與學者共襄盛舉並踴躍賜稿，提供最新學術研究及實證成果，並達到產官學界理論研究與實務應用之經驗分享與心得交流之目的，期許能為台灣的產官學界提供一個知識分享與創新的管道，同時亦歡迎對相關議題有興趣之各界人士報名與會。

本屆由朝陽科技大學資訊學院主辦的2012年資訊科技國際研討會暨第二屆網路智能與應用研討會(2012 International Conference on Advanced Information Technologies and The Second National Conference on Web Intelligence and Applications, AIT / NCWIA 2012)，訂定了資訊科技理論與應用、通訊網路技術與應用、企業智慧與知識管理、及網路智能四大主題，探討資訊科技的研究與應用的發展，期待四種不同的觀點能夠讓參與者有更多的收穫。本次研討會將以資訊科技、網路通訊技術及知識管理之創新與應用為範圍，舉辦公開徵稿並匿名審查之學術論文發表，每篇投稿論文將由兩位匿名審查人審查。

The overall goal of the 2012 International Conference on Advanced Information Technologies and The Second National Conference on Web Intelligence and Applications is to invite the researchers and practitioners around the world to discuss the implementation and applications of information technology theory and applications, communication network technology and applications and business intelligence and knowledge management.

It is warmly welcomed that the academic, industrial and relevant research institutes to submit their latest academic and research achievements to this conference. The conference will be held in Chaoyang University of Technology, Taichung city, Taiwan, from April 27, 2012 to April 28, 2012.
